Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery times within Switzerland are usually 2-3 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and delivery address. Orders over CHF 99 are shipped free of charge.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after shipping, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.
Return & Exchange
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return your order to us. Make sure that the items are unused and in perfect condition. All original labels must still be attached to the items. Please do not remove any labels, otherwise we will have to refuse the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn or dirty clothing for hygiene reasons.
The return process is simple: follow the instructions in our returns portal to complete the return.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on the payment method, up to 4% of the order value may be deducted due to fees. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be made to this card first.
Incomplete, worn or washed items cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
