Shipping & Delivery
Usually 1–3 business days, within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. We ship with Swiss Post, directly from Switzerland and without detours via a central warehouse.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 79. Below that, it costs CHF 8.90 — including to Liechtenstein.
Yes. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive the tracking number from the post office by email.
Return
Register the return within 14 days. We will send you your pre-paid return label as a PDF via email; you do not need an address. The deadline begins from the post office's delivery confirmation.
Print the label, stick it on, and drop off the package. Either 24/7 at a My Post 24 machine or during opening hours at any post office or post agency. The package is pre-franked, so you don't pay anything when dropping it off. Keep the drop-off receipt until we have confirmed your return.
CHF 8.90 for return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed.
Underwear and socks, for hygiene reasons.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, the credit may take a few business days.
