Returns at Fiora Bloom

It's important to us that you feel comfortable in our products. If you'd still like to return something, you'll find all the important information here:

Return conditions:

You have 14 days from receipt to register a return. You may, of course, try on the items, but please do not wear them for extended periods, wash them, or damage them. All original tags must remain attached. Underwear is not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return process:

1. 1. Register a return: Register your return using our contact form or directly by email to returns@fiorabloom.com .
   2. Use return label: You'll find a pre-printed return label in your package. Please use this for your return.
   3. Return costs: Returns are subject to a fee (up to CHF 8.50). Shipping costs must be paid directly to the post office or at a MyPost24 ATM.
   4. Packing items: It is best to use the original packaging , which already has a second adhesive strip for returns.
   5. Drop off your parcel: Take your parcel to a post office or MyPost24 machine and pay the return shipping costs there.
   6. Get a refund: After inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method, less any applicable fees (up to 4%) . Processing may take up to 7 business days .
