Return conditions

  • 14-day deadline: Register your return no later than 14 days after receipt.

  • Tried on, unused: Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged ; all original tags must be intact.

  • Exception: Worn, washed or damaged goods as well as underwear will not be taken back for hygiene reasons.


How the return works

  1. Register return
    Fill out the form or email returns@fiorabloom.com (incl. order number & item).

  2. Label & Instructions
    For Switzerland/Liechtenstein, a prepaid return label is already included in the package. You will also receive all details (packaging, drop-off location, etc.) via email.

  3. Shipping costs
    Returns are not free . A flat fee of CHF 8.50 or more is due upon shipment or deducted from the refund amount. For some payment methods, an additional transaction fee of up to 4% applies.

  4. Drop off package
    Return the item to the original packaging (use adhesive strips), attach the label, hand it in to the Post Office/MyPost24 or post office branch and keep the delivery receipt.

  5. refund
    After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less fees to your original payment method within up to 7 working days .

The final costs may vary slightly depending on the package size and tariff; you will find them in our returns email.

Important: We cannot accept unregistered or postage-paid shipments.
