Sometimes it's just not the perfect fit. No problem. You have 14 days to review your order at your leisure. To make the return process as hassle-free as possible for you, we've kept it very simple.

Please note:

• Your timeframe: 14 days from receipt of the goods.

• Condition: Please only try on the items. We accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with all tags).

• The exception: Underwear is excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons.

Your return process in 4 steps

1. Register your return. Write to us via our contact form.

2. Receive and package your return label . After you send us your message, we'll send you your return label by email. For the return shipment, it's best to use our original packaging – it has a second adhesive strip for you. Print the label, stick it on, and you're done.

3. Drop off your parcel. Take the parcel to a DPD Pickup parcelshop near you (e.g., selected kiosks or petrol stations). You can find your nearest shop [ here at DPD ]. Please keep the drop-off receipt until we have confirmed your return.

4. Receive your refund Once your package has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Return shipping costs: We want to promote a conscious approach to fashion. Therefore, we do not routinely cover return shipping costs.

Important: Please do not return any packages to us without prior notification or without our label, as we cannot process them.
