Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer and Partner

The organizer of the competition "Train for half a year. And get your set with it." is Fiora Bloom, Andreas Bleisch, Grabserstrasse 22, 9473 Gams, Switzerland (UID CHE-270.073.347), hereinafter referred to as "Fiora Bloom". The partner is FITIN GmbH, Werdenstrasse 72, 9472 Grabs, Switzerland, hereinafter referred to as "FITIN". FITIN provides the main prize (subscription); Fiora Bloom is the contact person for all questions regarding the competition.

2. Period

Participation is possible from Sunday, September 13, 2026, 00:00, to Sunday, September 27, 2026, 23:59 (timezone Europe/Zurich). The time of receipt of the registration by Fiora Bloom is decisive.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. One entry per person is permitted; multiple entries will be consolidated. Employees of Fiora Bloom and FITIN, as well as their relatives in the same household, are excluded. Persons promoting the competition on behalf of Fiora Bloom or FITIN are also excluded. Participation via sweepstakes services, automated procedures, or with false information is not permitted and will lead to exclusion.

4. Participation

Participation is via the form at fiorabloom.com/gewinnspiel with first name, last name, and email address, as well as the confirmation of these terms and conditions of participation. A prerequisite for winning is that the participant follows the Instagram accounts @fiorabloom and @fitin.fitnesscenter at the time of the draw. This will be checked for the winners before the prize handover; the Instagram name will be requested as part of the notification. A purchase is not required and does not increase the chances of winning. Subscription to the Fiora Bloom newsletter is voluntary and not a prerequisite for participation.

5. Prizes

Main Prize: a FITIN Easy subscription with a duration of six months (value CHF 490), valid at the Grabs, Buchs, Sevelen, and Rüthi locations, to be redeemed within three months of notification; the duration begins with activation at FITIN. In addition, a SoftForm Top and SoftForm Leggings of choice from the available range and sizes from Fiora Bloom at the time of redemption (value up to CHF 118).

Second Prize: a SoftForm Leggings of choice from the available range (value CHF 69).

Prizes are neither transferable nor payable in cash; an exchange is excluded. Any additional services (e.g., premium support at FITIN) are not included.

6. Draw and Notification

The draw will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, randomly among all valid entries and will be documented. Winners will be notified by email to the address provided and must respond within 14 days; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and a new draw will be made. If the Instagram follow cannot be confirmed for a drawn person, a new draw will also be made. Fiora Bloom may mention the first names of the winners on Instagram, provided they agree.

7. Data Protection

The data collected in the form will be processed by Fiora Bloom exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition (administration of entries, draw, notification, prize handover). Processing is carried out via the service provider Klaviyo, Inc. (USA); Klaviyo is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The data will be deleted no later than 90 days after the draw, unless separate consent for the newsletter has been given. FITIN does not receive any personal data of the participants, but only an anonymized evaluation. For the activation of the main prize, the information required for the subscription of the winner will be transmitted to FITIN with their consent. 8. Instagram and Meta

This competition is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Meta. The recipient of the information provided is exclusively Fiora Bloom. By participating, participants release Meta from any liability in connection with this competition.

9. Further Provisions

Fiora Bloom reserves the right to cancel or adjust the competition at any time for good cause, particularly in the event of technical malfunctions or attempts at manipulation. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies. Should individual provisions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
